Mardi Gras Party & Cajun Cook-Off
On March 10th, 2012 will be the 1st Annual Mardi Gras Party & Cajun Cook-Off. The event will start at 6:30 and will be at the Sutter Creek Auditorium, 18 Main Street. Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for teenagers and $5 for children under 13 years old. It’s Mardi Gras!!!!!!!!! Come in Costume! There will be a costume contest and you might just win, so come in your wildest, most creative costume.
Fun at the event includes: Live band for dancing, Madame Luna Bella Fortuna the Fortune Teller, Black Jack tables, Saloon, the infamous Jail House….the Sheriff will roam the room and anyone can have someone arrested for $1.00 and that person must pay $1.00 to get out of jail, (or be released after 10 minutes) and an area for kids to have fun too!
Your ticket includes the Cajun Cook-Off tasting. Visit each booth, try their favorite Cajun recipe and then cast your vote. The team with the most votes wins $100!!
There will also be prizes for Best Booth and best Cook-Off Costume.

This is a fundraiser for the exterior renovation of the Historic 2 story Grammar School in Sutter Creek. All proceeds will be designated for the renovation of the school.
